Shipping & Returns
We use shipping partners to ship across Australia. Any issues with shipping will have to be dealt with by the shipping partners and we can help only to a certain extent. If there are damages to the item due to shipping, please send a photo of the damaged item and we will work with our shipping partners to see what can be done.
Standard Domestic Shipping can usually take anywhere between 2-7 Business days for orders dispatched throughout Australia. We provide fully tracked postage and you pay for the postage. Rates can vary for metro and regional areas. Roo & Joey Organics takes no responsibility for lost or items damaged in transit but can help to a certain extent with dealing with the shipping partner.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS:
Our return policy is applicable to items that are defective or damaged when received, for any reason. We have a 15-days return policy from the time the items were purchased. Unfortunately, if that time has elapsed, we will not be able to accept the return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. All returns are eligible for a refund if it meets the criteria. Buyer to pay return postage and handling charges.
REFUNDS (If applicable)
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect and confirm acceptance or rejection of your refund if the issue is on our side.
If approved for a full refund, we will process this and refund to a designated account within a certain number of days.
SALE ITEMS:
Items on sale/discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds.
